Hey,
I picked this uber reliable volvo bus up cheap (£350) at the end of last year from the very personable 'Tetlysmooth' on here as I needed a quick replacement car to drive my wife to the hospital when she was having my daughter..

The car has been great but is now in better condition then when I bought it having had the following list done in my care:
Now MOT'd until July 2018
Full steam clean of the interior (Had a cigarette aroma that has now thankfully vanished)
Leather interior treated with Renapur leather restorer
Throttle cable adjusted (was way out)
New windscreen (looked like the old one had an air rifle bullet hole in it..! It actually mysteriously cracked at another point though after leaving the car parked at Stanstead airport...)
ABS/TRACS ECU replaced
Air con regassed (wasn't working, now ice cold)
Both front drop links replaced (steering was previously slightly vague and feels much better now)
New handbrake cable (the handbrake didn't really work when I got it)
New rear discs and pads
Replaced a worn brake line for the MOT
Fixed the rear window washer
LED licence plate bulbs and CREE LED sidelight bulbs (originals in ash tray 😉)
I'm also going to be changing the oil in the next week or so.
So basically it's a way nicer car to drive then when I got it after a bit of TLC but I have two other cars in need of love so this one needs to find a home.
The car now owes me pretty much a grand in total over the last year but I'm obvs never going to get that for it. How much do you think I should ask for it in its current condition?
