Hi Guys,
I’m on the look out for a few items for the Mazda RX7 FC3S.
I'm looking for...
*Drivers wing. No rust/holes etc.
*Both Sills. Looking for new sills if possible. Or a lead on where to obtain a new set? : )
*Plastic Cowling the go's ground the ignition barrel. No broken plastic..
*Drivers seat with no tares, burns, rips etc.. (no worn bolsters)
*Original stereo. (i know…)
*Floor mats.
*Apexi power fc.
*Decent exhaust system with de-cat.
There will be other bits added to the list as I’ve newly acquired a fc3s rx7 as a project.
If you have “ANY" parts please let me know.
Many thanks,
Kind regards,
Drew.

I don't have many spare bits I'm afraid, but I might be able to help with brakes and service items as I've done a brake overhaul and a service on my FC
What kind of brakes are you after? just standard stuff? Or performance bits? I just used fairly normal bits on mine, discs and pads were from ebay I think, rear discs were Brembos which I got off amazon! The rear discs seemed to be the hardest to get hold of for some reason and there are a few options for these it seemed when I was looking
You can get genuine oil filters from Mazda for a pretty decent price, its what ive done so far. If yours is a turbo, spark plugs want to be NGK BUR7EQP and BUR9EQP's (two go in the leading and two in the trailing, can't remember which way round off the top of my head) you can get these off ebay
Exhaust wise, I'm currently running a Racing Beat turbo back decat system, I got this used off ebay but you can still buy them from Racing Beat as well. They're a more restrained exhaust by all accounts, the Apexi N1 seems to be a popular choice stateside if you want something louder, or you could go for a single pipe as well which would be lighter and probably louder as well
So far its seemed to me like being looking in the right place at the right time is the way to get bits, like I got a pair of OEM carpet mats off an import car that came into a breaker, haven't seen another set since
I'm in the same boat as you looking for a wing and sills though!

Good morning Adam, thank you for the info buddy really appreciated. il get ordering them parts from Mazda asap.
Yes I'm just wanting the oem items if i can still get them bud, brakes/pads etc..
Top man on the spark plugs i didn't know that!!
And yes the exhaust systems for these cars seem to be thin on the ground, il just keep looking like most do.. And hopefully drop on.. Ive read that these cars best benefit from an ecu tweak if you change the air filter or exhaust? is there any truth behind this statement??
Many thanks,
Kind regards,
Andrew.

I can't remember the brands of all the brakes stuff I got but the fronts and the pads were reasonably easy to get from memory, was just the rears that posed a little bit more of an issue but doable. Not sure what Mazda prices on them would be.. might be worth asking Aha yeahh, I've just been going through that pain with the exhaust and ECU stuff The basic issue is that once you start introducing a freer flowing exhaust/intake, the boost pressure can quickly go above standard and you hit fuel cut which isn't a great thing to be doing regularly. The basic way around this is to fit a fuel cut defender. A more in depth way (which I tried) is to get a chip for the ECU, in conjunction with an uprated fuel pump and bigger secondary injectors, to take advantage of the extra boost. But don't get the Rtek chip to do this as it doesn't work with the Euro N380 ECU (it does say this on their website but I didn't read it properly!!) After that you can go to standalone ECUs but I've not even started looking into that! If you keep to just a catback exhaust, you may keep the flow and boost low enough to avoid fuel cut, I'm not overly sure. I've barely run mine much since I fitted the exhaust lol
