We are really happy with that. The good news is the new owner plans to restore the Daimler, subject to a full inspection so fingers crossed it is not to far gone underneath. I got a quick picture or two once out the garage, the brakes were fine once we got it to move and free the pads from the discs even had to put it park to stop it rolling back.
It was a bit sad for the owner to see it go and I forgot how long, low and sleek these cars are once it was out in the road. I want one now, V12 Coupe please.
The XJ V12 Coupé, (or Daimler equivalent) is at the top of my XJ 'must have' list too!
