What you need is a friendly person with a drone. Its probably the easiest way you are going to have a scout about some of those yards, when nobody is there, to see what they have tucked away. Safer too.

I called to view a car that was in biggin hill once, upon arrival it turned out to be in that site you describe. However I only realised what it was once I was inside and the gates were shut. Wasn't the most pleasant of experiences. Yea, its not great. Basically don't buy curse word all from layhams road. Theres a few legit businesses down there, but no car sales ones. And the travellers are a nightmare down there. I've cycled past it a couple of times, rough old place, always kinda hoped the fence would break over the road and the Mets training dogs would escape Will keep my eyes peeled when i'm over that way
