Good Morning, I need a secure two/three car unit/workshop with electric connected and (with the right person/people) would be prepared to share/and save money. 5 mile radius of Corsham in Wiltshire SN13 postcode area? Any ideas? Cheers Andy.

Hey Andy ive been looking for something small and cheap for a while to allow me to do some welding/fabricating in my spare time but not looking to spend much as i only want a small space, finding it hard to find anything! I'm in Calne, Wiltshire if you find anything feel free to let me know!

I've recently been thinking about a decent sized work space.
Can't even get in my garage at the minute let alone work on a car!
Problem is, unless your lucky enough to find someone like a farmer willing to rent for cash, the business rates kill any chance of a hobbyist having a unit!
