Todays stuff from car boot sale. Haven't been to one in ages. Got totally silly and bought a Massey Ferguson tractor for way too much. The Joal Seat 850 is real gem though, for £5. In the middle is "Jerrys" car from Tom & Jerry, a Corgi special edition. I've only ever seen Toms car, this is a new one, just bought it to sell on really.
Daughters very in to Film Photography we are trying to set up a dark room at home, whilst at a car boot I found a developing tank, problem is bloke wanted to sell his tat by the box so now I have a developing tank and a load of 8 track cartridges and a 8 track to cassette adaptor, are they worth owt?

Depends. I have to look through every box of eight-track cartridges I find in case I find either (a) the motoring-related compilation tape that has a photo of a Droopsnoot Firenza on the cover, or (b) any eight-track Stranglers album. There are several of the compilations, I forget exactly what it's called but it's something like "music to drive to" or "motorway sounds" or something.
Katy asked for a Lopper for her garden £2.00, she bought a new gas BBQ a few weeks ago, so new fish griller and sausage holder for £1.00 and a new, pretty rubbish bin for her daughters room at £1.00 was her wins while she stayed home in bed.
I found another drum pedal, looks new and unused, with electric switchgear inside, perfect for truck gas pedal converting. Also a set of 4 new VW alloy centre caps for 50p A Hozelock garden sprayer for £1.00 (I have one and gave me spare to Katy last weekend as she did not have one.
Bought some McDonalds Bacon and Cheese flatbreads for brekkie on the way back and had them on the deck with Katy before she left for her home by 09.15 as her one daughter is home for the weekend and she has a family get together today.
Thats a Jeep Wagoneer not a Nomad isn't it @automatik? Very cool find whatever it is! Here's some of my latest autojumble finds.
Matchbox Super GT DeTomaso Pantera
Not really sure why i bought these, as they are very low quality knockoffs of the Matchbox DeTomaso Pantera. The are apparently made in Hungary and some of them even have the "SuperFast" on the bottom. Sadly i managed to pick up two from the box which don't carry the logo. The base is metal, and the body is plastic. The guy who was selling them had a whole massive box of various different matchbox models from the seventies knockoffs, and they were all brand new, not in any packaging. Some were better than others, probably should've bought a few more.
