Looks like a corker this year. Went a couple of years back and it was an odd event, closest thing to a classic car show I've been to for years, some really interesting stuff lurking around in the eccentric layout. What has the bonkers green interior from in your second set of pics? I know rmad was there as well so maybe we'll see some piccies from him

Firstly, great photos, thanks for pointing out a few... OK, loads...of things I missed. Secondly, I only just got in from the show, sat down and applied the after-sun, how the hell did you manage to upload and post photos so damned fast! who was that mysterious masked man...

Red Aston.
Burgundy Shamal.
Is that a De Tomaso Longchamp with the front-hinged blue bonnet? A Pantera in the intake-exhaust shot?
I notice there are a few cars from France, how I'd love to go to a show like this, looks like a magnificent day out!!

What has the bonkers green interior from in your second set of pics? Lotus Elite Firstly, great photos, thanks for pointing out a few... OK, loads...of things I missed. Secondly, I only just got in from the show, sat down and applied the after-sun, how the hell did you manage to upload and post photos so damned fast! who was that mysterious masked man... hehe yeah i only live 30 mins away - just got in, uploaded to PB and got them posted with no editing (whilst watching Montreal GP). Lots of people left early since being on a stand you need to get in at about 8am so by 2pm you've pretty much seen it. Saying that we didn't leave 'till about 4 so it was a full day and we're both very red too! Is that a De Tomaso Longchamp with the front-hinged blue bonnet? A Pantera in the intake-exhaust shot? I notice there are a few cars from France, how I'd love to go to a show like this, looks like a magnificent day out!! Yes, a fantastic day out, worth a day/weekend trip to the uk from your neck of the woods (especially with Players Goodwood on the Saturday). It is indeed a DeTomaso - a Deauville. and this is a GT40

That's me in the background packing away the awning on my friend's camper. I actually went in my Father-in-Law's Nissan Prairie but he'd just left at that point. Admit it, you were avoiding me!

It was my first pagent this year, redicolous as i only live ten mins away. Was a great show, loved the mk2 golf with the westmoreland front, and had serious want with the alfa on azevs, i presume that was the one from rr fame. Didnt take any pictures due to forgetting my slrvand generally being curse word. The mk1 capri on image splits was utter perfection too, and i got a little over excited with the lowered xj6 on cross spokes in the car park too.

The Capri does have a real quality feel to it! Beautiful.
Indeed I recognize the rear deck of the GT40 now, I guess I'm having a Pantera craze at the moment. What is that lil red convertible? It has to be British and from the late 30s - early 50's I'd say.

Great pics . I love the shots of the name badges, I have a tendency to photograph the same when I spot something I havent seen before.

Unbelievable! I was keeping a lookout for folks I might know, dbizzle was there too but I was clearly in my own little world! I was in 'trying to control a runaway two year-old' world - it only occurred to me afterwards that the Alfa I was sure I recognised but couldn't place, parked among the Cupras, must have been yours! D'oh.
