Hi folks I have just found this forum This Humber Sceptre was mine once. I bought it from a guy in Oxford around 1999/2000 ish It only had around 33k miles on it at the time.It had been standing outside for a while and popped a core plug I sorted that out and put it in for a MOT to see what it needed and to my surprise it passed. It had a wonderful full length Webasto sunroof as well. I eventually sold it in 2002/2003 and bought a very low millage Dollomite Sprint As with most of the classic cars I have owned I really do miss it I hope it is in good condition now and its being used regularly. He made an offer that at the time I couldn’t refuse. I never saw either of them ever again. I do wonder if it’s tucked away in someone’s garage somewhere. |
