This will be my second gathering, at the first (2011, couldn't make last year) I never saw a single saltire any where or hear any local accents.

Gem, are you in Glasgow? If my memory serves me correctly. Would be up for meeting up with fellow RR members and heading down together, a jaunt down the A68 to meet up with Pandaselecta and down the A1?

Looking for help in case I need it - is anyone passing Newcastle / Tyneside with a space for a RR-minded hitch hiker? My planned ride has just started chucking oil out as fast as I can put more in, would be nice to think it's a weeping joint but I'm suspecting either a blown rear crank seal or a hole in the sump  If I can't get it fixed tomorrow, would be very grateful for a lift to RRG13 (& back). Can offer navigation skilz (and satnav), DJ'services (to tune the radio), donations towards petrol and/or charity (beer fund) of your choice, etc. cheers  |

Looks like i will be going down in a 2005 Vauxhall Combo van, so while it's not the best thing to 'convoy' with, if i see any retro rides members on the way down, i will give a wave |
