So I've been trying to source a part for our Mk1 Renault 5 for nearly 2 months now, seems impossible to find new or 2nd hand, even in France!
What I need, basically, is a small flange, with a spigot/pipe welded to it. Ideally in ally or stainless steel, similar to this:
Basic measurements:
pipe ID - 15mm
pipe OD - 19mm
pipe length ~ 40mm
bolt hole centre-to-centre - 44mm
bolt holes diameter - 4mm
This is the matrix it needs to bolt to:
This is the valve/housing it would replace, but I think the entire part it too tricky/£££ to have made:
