Peer pressure seems a wonderful thing! I'm glad you did bow down to all our goading, This is a great looking car and I also did feel a slight urge to buy it... so you've saved me some money! I'm doubting Dez will take the work on without permission to lower

Nice buy, hope it works out OK. Well, I will need to go and get it from Dez when/if it's done. Though the Delica might be a bit thirsty. Escort road trip of retro goodness? Bring mates and cameras? Chris Midway kettle/spannering stop open for business.

Picking up a brown chunk of Japanese metal...what more could you want? Pollitt, let's do this!

It's on, it's on like donkey kong!
Jo wants in too, mind. Mainly because she's temporarily financing said Japanese lump!
Just hop the curse word passes an MOT!

It is a lovely motor to be fair, I love the pointy nose styling of these. I don’t know how much you paid but i know how much the lad was asking and I reckon you’ve got a bargain, if you get it roadworthy and that I don’t think you’ll have any problems ending up in the black on this one.

Very nicely purchased Pol.
I was watching this myself, it doesn't look to need too much for the test, it should be easily turned around.
As an aside, I'm sure i read comments by someone on autoshite whose parents live over the road from this, and IIRC, they helped to get it running again after its lay-up.
Good luck, not that you'll need it.
