It is here after 35hrs on a ferry today at 5am I got up to pick this up to go with my other ford f350 fire truck.   |

Its a Ford f350 1957 20,000klm 3litre engine drive s great apart from when you travel over 40mph the steering shakes so so bad hope you like it i could,nt sleep last night

That's lovely! I'm guessing at Sweden too... I'm looking in to something similar in Finland, can you give me any advice with shipping it back from that area? People to get quotes from or similar? ;D Seriously like that  |

Hi it is from sweden.I was contacted about a year ago by a car collector who said his friend has a ford f350 it maybe for sale as he already new i had a 1955 fire bus.Anyway i told him i couldn,t afford to buy it yet.He said he would buy it and when i am ready to buy it he would sell it to me.So a year later i have it.He was so helpfull he contacted a transport company to take it to Gothenburg ferry were i had paid for a roll on roll off.I had to pay north sea ferry in Gothenburg though my bank up front.Transport paid for up front.I paid for the truck in krona in Per bank i had only seen photos.It cost £650 to ship it.They said this morning at the ferry in hull its the oldest truck they ever had on there ship.My other fire truck is a ford f350 but a 1955 so a different shape.I find dutch sweden trucks are a better shape.This one came from Skanninge About 1,400 miles away..I am taking all the ladders off the roof.The pump on the front the flashing lights i have all the hoses even flexi hoses on the roof.I want to get the weight down i did the same on my other truck and i removed 28 stone in weight.
