So take one steering column and undo everything you can see...... Then discover you can't get it completely apart nor back together again..... I'm drinking beer and glaring at the pile of bits on the floor, it seems the only sensible solution

I'd just mask them up, key the red, and then spray the bits black Reckon it would look pretty good myself

surely your dept has a polishing machine? if not it must be time they got one ;D the wheels didn't look too bad when i saw them gonna cost you £2/300 to get your wheels polished/painted pro styley i guess. enough margin there to get some polishing gear and a mains drill from b@q with a new warranty on it paint stripper or brake fluid to remove the red paint surely Christine has no problems with corrosive paint goo/ali dust over the living room floor?

weather ...bad... ..bottom end.... warned you about the magic bubble of sub zero temps in the unit ... didn't I? ...vile instant coffee.... so you have finished all my nice coffee and have been forced to drink your own filth then I have already put some bottles of potable water by the kettle, i suppose i will have to get some more coffee then glad to see you are in a positive mojo zone though ;D

Great MOJO boost getting the motor in and nearly back on it's wheels Made a few exhausts myself (will need to make the whole system for my Escort as no off the shelf one will fit the floor), it's fairly easy and quite satisfying but don't know if it'd be worth the time over buying a nice ready made system for the Mustang ? Those big mags suit it to a T

no pics of the dickfather spannering in office-wear (inc. cufflinks )? Oh yeah! My dad decided to wear an old shirt that had double cuffs so ended up being the gentleman mechanic, if he does it again I'll get a photo I promise no mention of the engine/gravity incident I'd forgotten, or at least blanked if from my mind. I dropped the engine, mucking up the oil filter, the front pulley and the rear plate. Luckily I managed to straighten that bit out without cracking it so I could get the engine attached to the gearbox. The other bits are on the bench being "fettled". Luckily it only fell about 12", the lesson is that everyone should always double check the pins and clips in their engine crane legs

After that I felt better, I knew Mel would be at the unit so I thought some mojo would arrive and things would start going right.............. We spent an hour curse word about with a compressor I acquired, then I made a rollcab out of an old bench toolbox I also got hold of. i trimmed 16 bolts with an angle grinder then looked a bit scared when mel exploded bits of compressed air delivery systems everywhere. thankfully after 3 hours of talking inane drivel distraction mel buggered off so i could actually get something done! your car is looking good rich, also looks like you got a fair bit done after i stopped annoying you
