I'm sure I'm not the only one who finds certain wheel and tyre combinations worth looking at, even when there's no car involved. No need to discuss safety...these are just sat on a shelf. Think of it as art.

I'm going to say they're at least 12" wide, just waiting for a bosozoku car to put them on!

oh and k10 micra rims are 12" too, not 14", as well as the PCD difference.
they look a bit like base spec 1500 ae86 rims, but i think they're 13" not 14".

can you get wide low 14" tyres in the UK?

Toyos in that size - 225 40 14 - are available in the UK. Camskill list them, but don't have stock at the moment. Anything narrower is a 195 if you want low-pro (205 are available, but only in 60 and 70 profiles), and there's nothing wider without going for track tyres.
EDIt - beaten to it by Bruce. BTW, the tyres in the OP are Toyo T1R - the same as from camskill.

use some 14" escort steels, can pick em up dead cheap, just make sure they will clear struts etc if they don't you will need to cut some of the wheel from the inside, no biggie for people who band wheels

Cheers copey, think that's what I'm gonna do. Might have a go at banding them my self, just gotta work out how wide to make them then ill work out the offset and try them on before fully welding the center's in.

Cheers copey but I'm in the midlands. gonna trawl the local tat yards next week. I recon they'll be easy to pickup some mk4 escort wheels.

Slightly off top but Camskill is very good for prices and I would recommend them for tyres.

Brilliant, my 225/40/14 toyo's landed today. Does anybody know if 205/40/14's are available in the uk and who supplies them, Camskill don't carry anything in that size. Camskill are brilliant by the way.
