At the risk of seeming a complete dunderhead What does Imfao stand for? (Keep in mind some of you are old enough to be my kids!) It's Ok I'm probably half your age and I don't know either, I'm computer illiterate, but at least you have a good excuse (although I was dropped as a child, does that count? ;D)

The Scorpio and XR4Ti were sold under the Merkur brand over here. They didn't do well. Strange, the Sierra done Ok over here, the lesser Sierra (but never the XR4s, aaaww! ) were the only cars used as taxis in my hometown, until about 5 years ago, when they all rusted away and disappeared. Now all the taxis are Skodas, which are very nice actually.

Really? It must be the salt air around here that destroys Sierras around here then. I live on the coast of a bigish river, and it rains in oildrums!

Don't see many in Colchester anymore, My mate James had an XR4i when he worked at Abbott racing. I don't know if anyone else has noticed but I find that XR4i and Cosworths tend to hold up against rust better than lesser models.

I Know Abbott racing the Saab people,I had a Saab 900 turbo for a few months last year but I had to sell it when I stared looking at all the goodies Abbott racing do for them, it was a really nice two door in black with 45,000 miles on the clock but I knew I'd have spent a sh*t load on tuning parts for it, plus it was a bit new for me and I made a grand on it as it was.
