Right, it took me a while, as the pics were on the phone, and I could not get them uploaded in the right ofrmat. We have inspection. Edison checking it out...  Quality control.  BRRRRRRRRRMMMMM......... !!!! He loves it.  I guess that is the end of that era and build. Hope you enjoyed it while it lasted. |

He looks chuffed to bits. It looks just like my first go-cart, i still rode it when i was too big for it, and the rear axle snapped, so dad welded it up, and i drove it again. It snapped again etc etc....
I cant imagine its going to be easy to get him off it.

Loved these when I was a kid, my dad taught me how to do a handbrake turn on them, made many a wheel square doing that, got my daughter at it now |

I had one of these when I was a nipper! I donated it to someone on another forum, fiveish years ago... Nath that looks like the one my cousin had - is it 2 or 3 gears? It lacks the mechanical simplicity and drivers appeal of the standard model...  |

I'm going to say 3 gears, as when you put it right forward you could pedal, drop a gear its Neutral (could pedal but wouldn't go anywhere as if the chain had come off), then cannot remember what it did when the gear stick was right close. as when you pedalled backwards it'd go backwards, |

Ahh that was a right nostalgic little read mate!
My nan bought me one of those when I was about 5 years old and I loved it till I couldn't physically fit in it anymore. Being the oldest of 4 it was passed down through the ranks and still being used by my littlest sister when I was in my early 20s.
The now 31 year old me wants an excuse to buy another...
